Clinical smoking-cessation hypnotherapy · Fremont & video
Three sessions. No patches, no gum, no white-knuckling it through week two. Prashant Rao has guided 400-odd smokers past the habit by working directly on the automatic urge — not just your resolve.
"The urge just went quiet."
Meera K., smoke-free 14 months
"You already know the health warnings. You've read the packet. What you haven't had is someone deal with the automatic reach for the pack — which is the part that actually keeps people smoking."

Every client goes through the same sequence — the order matters more than any single script.
We map exactly when and why you reach for a cigarette — stress, boredom, the drive home, the after-dinner ritual — before touching a single suggestion.
Deep trance work targets the automatic behavior directly, so the craving loses its grip instead of you fighting it with willpower.
A follow-up to reinforce the change and handle any situation that tried to pull you back — a wedding, a deadline, a hard week.

About Prashant
Prashant quit smoking himself in 2011 after nine years of trying — and failing — with patches, cold turkey, and sheer stubbornness. What finally worked was hypnotherapy, and it changed the direction of his career. He left a decade in operations management to train formally and has spent the last ten years focused almost entirely on tobacco cessation.
He runs a deliberately small practice out of Fremont, California, seeing at most six new clients a month so every case gets his full attention through all three sessions.
I'd tried patches, gum, an app that fined me money. Three sessions with Prashant and the thought of a cigarette just went quiet. It's been fourteen months.

quit after 19 years, 1 pack a day
I went in skeptical — I'm an engineer, I like evidence. He walked me through the mechanism before we started. The session itself felt less like magic and more like maintenance.

quit after 8 years, roll-ups
The thing nobody tells you is how loud the urge to smoke is in your own head. After session two, mine dropped to a whisper. I keep waiting for it to come back. It hasn't.
